Installing an radiator grille is not as difficult as it seems. It just takes a bit of knowledge and patience to get it right the first time. Follow these helpful tips and tricks to make sure your install goes smoothly.
Step 1 – Assembled Parts
You should already have the lower and upper brackets as well as various nuts, bolts, and washers to install the brackets to the radiator grille in addition to the brackets.
Step 2 – Disconnect Lower Bolts
Remove the lower bolts
Step 3 – Lower Brackets
Install the lower brackets and secure them with bolts
Step 4 – Install and Lower Brackets
Position the new radiator grille between the radiator and the support brace. The grille is flexible and should slide easily between the two ends of the radiator. Install the nut/washer/bolt to secure the grille in place with the lower brackets.
Step 5 – Upper Brackets
Connect the upper brackets to the top of the radiator grille using nuts, bolts, and washers.
